Historical Park 'Russia — My History. Sverdlovsk Oblast'
About museum
Historical Park 'Russia — My History. Sverdlovsk Oblast' is a multimedia complex presenting the entire history of Russia from the earliest times to the present — a 'living textbook' on Russian history. The park employs the latest forms of information media: touch tables, spacious cinemas, light boxes, collages, projectors, and tablets. The visual design of the multimedia exhibitions was created using video infographics, animation, 3D modeling, and digital reconstructions. Four exhibitions are on display: 'Rurikids (862–1598)', 'The Romanovs (1613–1917)', 'Nikolai Kuznetsov: The Man-Legend', and 'The Squadron Sails into Eternity' (a multimedia exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Great Russian Exodus of 1920–1922). Guided tours, historical quests, and intellectual games are held in the exhibitions. The park also organizes events such as poetry evenings, film lectures, concerts, public lectures, conferences, children's parties, and creative meetings with well-known figures (directors, scientists, cultural and artistic figures, and athletes).
