Historical Park "Russia — My History", St. Petersburg
About museum
Various events take place at the Historical Park "Russia — My History": concerts, festivals, conferences, seminars, celebrations and lectures. The park has a spacious conference hall that can be converted into two separate halls, as well as six lecture rooms and a large café with two dining areas and its own kitchen. The park features multimedia exhibitions "The Rurikids", "The Romanovs", "From Great Upheavals to the Great Victory", "From Victory in the Great Patriotic War to 2017", and the regional exhibition "Saint Petersburg. History of Development", which reflects the history of the city on the Neva. At the museum you can take a virtual ride through the city in a horse-drawn carriage, stand on the deck of a ship moored at the Strelka of Vasilievsky Island, and learn about the history of the Great Patriotic War and the Siege of Leningrad. The park uses theatrical set design that lets visitors feel transported in time and see the faces of contemporary Petersburgers depicted as mannequins.
