The museum features the exhibition "History of Yar Station. Transport Network," which presents the history of railway development in the Udmurt Republic. Also presented are exhibitions about the life and work of F. I. Vasilyev, an ethnographic collection reflecting the life of the northern Udmurts in the territory of the Yarsky district, taxidermy animals, models of edible and poisonous mushrooms, as well as information about animals and plants listed in the Red Book of Udmurtia. The museum's collection includes almost 5,000 storage units reflecting the history of the district from the late 19th century to the present day.
