State Military-Historical Museum-Reserve 'Prokhorovskoye Field'
About museum
The museum-reserve on the tank field was opened in 1995. Here visitors can appreciate the beauty and grandeur of the memorial structures and monuments, as well as the exhibition of armored vehicles from the Great Patriotic War. On the area in front of the museum there is a sculptural-artistic composition 'Tank Battle at Prokhorovka. Taran', which symbolizes the heroism of Soviet soldiers and conveys the intensity of the battle. All this helps visitors to adjust psychologically and feel the gratitude of later generations for the feat of their ancestors.
