About museum
In the past this place, known as "Bread Square," was used for trading bread. Over time the square became deserted, the town grew and the city center shifted to Tsarskaya Street. Houses of wealthy factory owners, a merchants' club, a realschule (real school), and a girls' gymnasium were built here. Today the square is occupied by the city park, which is a favorite recreational spot for residents of Pavlovsky Posad. It hosts many activities: entertainment programs and creative workshops, a chess club, a barbecue area, and sports facilities.
