An architectural monument of Russian Art Nouveau of the early 20th century. On the first floor of the building, in the authentic space of the atelier, the exhibition 'F.O. Livchak's Workshop' is located, which will help the visitor discover the master's creative method. In the Large Drawing Room — the exhibition 'Belle Époque — Silhouettes of the Art Nouveau Era'. It presents objects of decorative and applied arts, furniture, and costumes of the Art Nouveau era from the collection of the museum-reserve 'Rodina (Homeland) of V.I. Lenin'.
