About museum

Since 1975, the District Historical Museum has become an integral part of the history of the Ledengsky region. It features six exhibitions where visitors can see unique items, national costumes, paintings by amateur artists, applied arts, photographs, documents and peasant household items. The museum has developed an interactive tour "Development of Salt Production in the Ledengsky Region", which allows guests to learn more about the village's attractions, the history of Ledengsky salt production, and to get acquainted with the lives of famous fellow countrymen such as Ivan Vasilyevich Babushkin and Pavel Ivanovich Belyaev.
