Art Gallery K35
About museum
Art Gallery K35 opened in December 2008 and has since been actively involved in Moscow's art life. The gallery's main focus is organizing exhibitions of 20th-century international and Russian art as well as contemporary artists. The gallery's venue hosts educational events (meetings with artists, round-table discussions with curators, art film screenings, and master classes). Exhibitions have featured works by world-renowned 20th-century and contemporary artists and photographers such as Andy Warhol, Marc Quinn, Oleg Tselkov, Omar Galliani, Sam Shaw, Günter Brus and others, as well as young artists. In addition, the gallery participates in events beyond its exhibition space and in programs including Moscow Art Week, the 4th, 5th and 6th Moscow Biennales of Contemporary Art, and the 8th and 9th Moscow Photobiennales. It also takes part in charitable and social events: a charity auction, the Art Marathon, charitable projects and auctions, an exhibition of children's New Year drawings, and others. Art Gallery K35 is an active participant in both the Russian and international art scenes.
