At the I. N. Ulyanov Museum, anyone can get acquainted with the multifaceted culture and fascinating history of the Penza region. The museum houses a permanent exhibition, "The World of Penza's Social Classes", which allows visitors to immerse themselves in the chronicle of relationships among different social groups. Visitors will be presented with scenes from the lives of the peasantry, nobility, merchant class, and intelligentsia at the turn of the 19th to the early 20th century. Special attention is paid to the peoples living in the region. Household items, rare jewelry, and unique costumes of the Mordvins, Chuvash, Russians, and Tatars will not leave any guest indifferent.
