Exhibition 'Art of the 20th Century'
About exhibition
Moving from room to room, visitors will be able to feel the atmosphere of an era of great experimentation and become acquainted with works by famous masters dating from the 1900s. Above all, the exhibition features a number of brilliant names of the Russian avant‑garde, such as V. Kandinsky, K. Malevich, M. Larionov, N. Goncharova, A. Lentulov, P. Konchalovsky, I. Mashkov, A. Kuprin, A. Rodchenko, V. Rozhdestvensky, O. Rozanova, L. Popova, R. Falk. Some works were previously shown only at exhibitions or remained permanently in the museum's collections. In total, the exhibition includes around 70 works by more than 40 authors (mainly paintings, supplemented by several sculptural pieces).
