Exhibition halls of the Stable Building of the S.M. Kirov Central Park of Culture and Recreation
About museum
In the Yelagin Palace Museum of Russian Decorative and Applied Arts and Interiors of the 18th–20th centuries there are modern exhibition halls intended for temporary exhibitions. The Stable Building was constructed in 2010 and has a horseshoe-shaped plan. On the main façade a propylaeum connects two symmetrical wings, which housed the adjutants' quarters and the empress's retinue. The building consists of residential and utility rooms and two courtyards paved with cobblestones. It currently hosts the exhibition "Filming!". Here you can see everything related to the imperial residence and the stable life on Yelagin Island.
