The Project 641 submarine B-413 (Foxtrot class in NATO classification) is an unusual museum ship presented in its original condition. It is the only one in the country and one of the few in the world representing the pre-nuclear era of the submarine fleet. The submarine has seven compartments: forward torpedo; forward battery and living quarters; central control room; aft battery and living quarters; diesel engine compartment; electric motor compartment; and aft torpedo and living compartments. The second compartment contains the cabins of the commander and officers; the fourth compartment houses the cabins of officers and michmans (warrant officers); and the seventh compartment contains bunks for the enlisted crew. The submarine houses an exhibition "From the History of the Russian Submarine Fleet", which presents the key milestones in the history of the national submarine fleet. The vessel also displays the pressure and light hulls, the superstructure, all main and auxiliary machinery, instruments and weapons. Visitors can see various sonar stations, the galley, rescue equipment and the emergency hatch.
