About museum

In 1996, Bobrov Nikolay Anatolyevich, head of the administration of the Pavinsky District, decided to open a local history municipal museum. A building was allocated for this purpose and repaired, and when it opened the collection of exhibits and materials began. Residents of the Pavinsky District voluntarily donated antique items to the museum without compensation. The first director of the museum was Elena Pavlovna Semikolennykh.
