In 1962 the Public Institute of Vocational-Technical Education was established, but the history of the Museum of the Siberian Professional-Pedagogical College dates back 34 years after 1928, when the college's oldest building was constructed to mark the 10th anniversary in memory of the heroes of the struggle for Soviet power.
