About museum
The museum, founded in 1960, received its name in 2006 and the status of a historical and local lore museum in 1979. It has four departments: the everyday life of the village of Lyubino-Malorossy, fellow countrymen who participated in the Great Patriotic War, the nature of the native land, and the history and ethnography of Russian Germans. The museum's collections include approximately 2,000 exhibits: documents, photographs, household items, books, paintings and works of decorative and applied art. The museum also features an exhibition hall of reproductions 'Small Tretyakov Gallery' and the exhibitions 'Thank you, victorious soldier', 'Russian Izba', 'Together with Russia: 253 years', 'The world we live in'.
