Electric Vitamins Museum

The Electric Vitamins Museum is the first place in the city where visitors can learn the history of humanity's encounter with electric current and the phenomenon of "Electric Vitamins." In the center of Nizhny Novgorod stands the monument "Arch of Electric Vitamins," which commemorates the evolution and a character from the book "The Physicists' Tale about Electric Vitamins." In 2005, declared by UNESCO the Year of Physics, the book was recognized and received an award from the foundation of Nobel laureate V. L. Ginzburg. The museum features paintings by well-known artists illustrating the history of encounters with electric current, as well as a permanent exhibition: J. Bertini, A. Muzzi, A. Lavrov, A. Ryabchevskaya, Kr. Sampere. In recent years the museum has attracted more visitors and has been gaining popularity.
