Sayansk Art Gallery
About museum
In 1983 an exhibition hall was opened in Sayansk, which in 1992 was renamed the Art Gallery. Its museum collection consists of more than 2,500 exhibits representing the art of the 1950s–1990s. The collections include graphics, painting, sculpture and decorative-applied arts. The gallery's halls regularly host exhibitions, events for children and meetings with creative people. In 2019 Sayansk joined the national Culture project, and in 2020 a virtual concert hall was opened. This further strengthened the gallery's technical capabilities and provided greater opportunities for the development of the city's cultural life. Special equipment is used in the hall for online broadcasts and to achieve the highest sound quality.
