The Historical and Art Museum 'Kitezh' is located in Vladimirskoye village near Lake Svetloyar. Exhibitions dedicated to the history of the village and Lake Svetloyar are housed in the building of the former village school, and on the second floor of the children's center visitors can learn about the art of ceramics. Since 2015 Vladimirskoye has been designated a place of interest. The museum offers information about the culture and traditions of the ancestors, about the famous people of the village and its contemporary life. The image of the righteous city of Kitezh gives Lake Svetloyar special significance in world culture, and its origin, the unique chemical composition of its water and its purity are subjects of research. The museum contains materials from expeditions and presents artistic depictions of the lake.
