CCA 'Oblaka' is the first contemporary art center in Bashkortostan, which brought together all directions of the republic's contemporary culture: visual arts, music, literature, and a multimedia gallery. Various events take place here: exhibitions, guided tours, concerts, lectures, seminars, round tables, master classes, film screenings, creative meetings, and poetry evenings. The center's exhibitions feature works by Bashkir artists such as Sergey Krasnov, Ramil Abdullin, Raisa Gaitov, Radik Garifullin, Rafael Kadyrov, Georgy Karpov, Filaret Shagabutdinov and others. During its operation, exhibitions with works by Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso and other well-known artists have been held here. CCA 'Oblaka' was founded in August 2013.
