In 1987 the Borisovo rural museum was opened in the village of Borisovo-Sudskoye. It is named after Yuliy Aleksandrovich Golubtsov — an avid local historian and geography teacher who possessed encyclopedic knowledge. Here you can learn about the rich history of the village, as well as see items of rural household life, noble estates, and works by folk craftsmen. Visitors can admire antique tableware, chests, linen clothing, lanterns, spinning wheels, zobenkis (traditional local items), and blacksmithing artifacts.
