The last ray. A study. The sketch

The painting "The Last ray. Etude" was written by Grigory Mikhailovich Bobrovsky in the 1910s. The painting depicts a summer evening at the edge of a forest. In the center is the lower part of a tall spruce, illuminated by the sunset rays. There are trees to the right of the spruce, and a clearing to the left. Trees and village buildings can be seen in the background on the left. The work is done in oil on canvas stretched on cardboard. The size is 48.5 x 40 cm. On the bottom right there is the author's signature — "G. B.", and on the back there are various inscriptions.
