Exhibition 'The Unconquered Frontier. Kremenki – 1941'
About exhibition
The exhibition is dedicated to the heroism of the Soviet people who defended Moscow in 1941. Kremenki – Troitskoye – Bor – Ekaterinovka – Maleevo are places of soldiers' valor. It was on this line that Nazi forces were stopped. The exhibition features a large collection of unique documents, photographs and objects that belonged to soldiers of the 49th Army under the command of Lieutenant General I. G. Zakharkin and to members of partisan units operating in the Zhukovsky District during the Great Patriotic War: weapons, uniforms, awards, photographs, documents and front-line letters.
