Exhibition 'Heroic Victory'

About exhibition

The exhibition tells of the contribution of all branches and services of the armed forces to the common cause of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, and of the unparalleled courage of Russian soldiers at sea, on land, and in the air. The exhibition features weapons, household items, equipment and uniforms of Red Army soldiers, and the personal kits of Great Patriotic War participants who lived in the city of Noyabrsk. One section of the exhibition is dedicated to the feat of the crew of the icebreaker steamship 'Alexander Sibiryakov', which perished in the Kara Sea in 1942. Visitors are invited to 'experience' the historical events alongside the heroes by immersing themselves in the virtual reality application 'Feats in the Kara Sea'.
