Journalists, writers, artists and poets gather here. The house regularly hosts exhibitions by Surgut artists, masters of decorative and applied arts, and professional photographers. The House of Journalists is a venue for press conferences, round tables, seminars, presentations, lectures, readings and public meetings. It houses the exhibition "My Land", dedicated to creative and public figures, local historians and journalists — Ivan Prokopyevich Zakharov and Nikolai Ivanovich Yezdakov. The core of the exhibition consists of photographs from family archives, printed publications that shed light on the work of these well-known local historians, unique typewriters and materials.
