The exhibition at the Mon Repos Manor House presents the history of the estate, manor life, and the family of the Nicolai barons. The museum's displays include memorial exhibits from the collections of the museum-reserve. Among the exhibits is a colored tactile model of the park showing features, including those that have been lost, so visitors can imagine the estate as it was two centuries ago. Immersion in the past is also enhanced by audio accompaniment with quotations from documents in English, German, French, and Swedish. Visitors to the exhibition can also listen to excerpts from the poetic guide to Mon Repos — Ludwig Nicolai's poem "The Mon Repos Estate in Finland. 1804."
