Krasnokamsk wooden toys are the pride of Krasnokamsk and the Children's Toy Museum. The exhibition tells how, in 1954, a small cottage industry grew into a factory that produced not only traditional wooden toys but also toys made of glass, papier-mâché, composite materials and other substances. Today the history of the Krasnokamsk wooden toy has been enriched with new findings that will allow exhibition visitors to discover the craft secrets carefully preserved by the factory's workers. A great opportunity to get a feel for the history of Soviet toy makers and Soviet childhood!
