The Minusinsk Regional Local History Museum named after N. M. Martyanov invites you to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of science, culture, religion and art from different eras. Visitors to the oldest museum in the south of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the first in the Yenisei Governorate will see rare exhibits from the museum's collections. In the halls of Building I you can learn about the ancient history of Southern Siberia — stone tools used by early humans, the earliest women's ornaments, items from archaeological excavations whose purpose remains unknown to researchers, the weaponry of warriors of the ancient Khakas-Kyrgyz state, unique publications from the museum's research library, and the traditions of the peoples of the Sayan-Altai region.
