Exhibition Hall 'Folk Paintings'
About museum
In 2014, the State Exhibition Hall 'Art-Izmaylovo' was merged into the Museum of Naïve Art. The hall consists of two large exhibition spaces – the 'Red Hall' and the 'Hall with a Piano'. It hosts exhibitions of naïve painters, graphic artists and sculptors, as well as musical evenings and other events. The Museum runs a 'Club of Art Historians' and an 'Art-Naïve Club'. In 2015 the exhibition hall 'Art-Izmaylovo' was renamed 'Folk Paintings' as part of the development of the Museum of Russian Lubok and Naïve Art. Studios and master classes for children and adults are held here. The 'Folk Paintings' hall has become a new venue for promoting art and culture in the country.
