Immerse yourself in the world of the great Russian river Volga! The new museum space invites you to an amazing journey through its waves.

At the heart of the exhibition is a grandiose interactive layout (170 m2) of the river section from Tver to Rybinsk. Imagine: real water (6,000 liters!) is flowing along the miniature Volga, and tiny boats, just like real ones, are slowly sailing from city to city. They complete the entire route in 20-30 minutes!

The layout was created at a scale of 1:150. On it you will see:

• 8 cities;

• 4 working miniature gateways;

•Over 250 architectural masterpieces, each recreated with amazing precision.

The smart light enlivens the picture by showing the river at dawn, at noon and under the starry sky. Multimedia effects and fascinating excursions will tell about the life of the Volga cities through the centuries. And in the interactive zone you can:

• feel the weight of the burlak strap;

• take the helm of the ship;

• to look at the world through the eyes of cancer — through a faceted "prism".
