Book

A rare book is the seventh volume of the Histoire générale des voyages, published in The Hague in 1749. The binding is made of solid cardboard and covered with brown speckled leather. The lids are rigid, the spine is reinforced with bandages. The spine is embossed in gold with floral ornaments and stripes. In the second segment of the spine there is a red leather sticker with the golden inscription "Histoire générale des voyages", and in the fourth — a label with the designation "T. VII".
