Book

A rare book compiled by Gavrila Andreevich Sarychev is dedicated to the voyage of Captain Billings through the Chukchi land and the voyage of Captain Gall across the Northeastern Ocean in 1791. It was published in St. Petersburg in 1811 by the Marine Printing House. It contains 191 pages, two engraved illustrations and three maps. The copy is complete. The binding is made of cardboard, with a brown leather spine and corners, and is covered with brown marble paper. The lids are hard, the spine is smooth, and it is embossed with ornamental stripes.
