The municipal institution "Dnovsky District Cultural Center" opened a branch in the town of Dno at 3 Sovetskaya Street — the Museum and Exhibition Center. Its grand opening took place on February 22, 2019, in honor of the anniversary of the liberation of the Dnovsky district from the Nazi German occupiers. On the same day, the exhibition "Land of Much Suffering" was unveiled. The Museum and Exhibition Center aims to enlighten and educate, to conduct research, and to instill patriotism and love for the homeland in the younger generation, as well as to draw public attention to the study of local traditions and regional history. Museum opening hours are 08:00–17:00 on weekdays, with a break from 12:00 to 13:00. The deputy director responsible for museum operations is Sergey Viktorovich Yegorov.
