The Museum of Russian Impressionism is a private museum of Russian art from the late 19th to the early 20th century, located on the premises of the former Bolshevik confectionery factory. The permanent exhibition features works by Konstantin Korovin, Valentin Serov, Igor Grabar and other masters. The museum also hosts solo and thematic temporary exhibitions, as well as various educational, recreational and inclusive events. The museum offers more than 1,000 square meters of exhibition space, a modern educational multimedia area, a learning studio, a café and a shop with books and souvenirs. The permanent collection includes works dating from 1879, as well as paintings repatriated to Russia from abroad. Visitors can view works by outstanding artists that were previously rarely exhibited. The Museum of Russian Impressionism opened on May 28, 2016 and has since attracted many visitors.
