Gorod Museum in Barnaul is a unique cultural space where the past, present and future of history and culture are connected. In 2007 the building of the former city town hall, designed by architect I. F. Nosovich and built in 1914–1916, was converted into a museum. In a short time it took part in many grant programs and exhibitions and became a place for meetings with well-known people.
