Lianozovsky Park of Culture and Recreation
About museum
The history of Lianozovsky Park begins in the 16th century with the ancient Altufyevo estate, which at the beginning of the 20th century became the private property of the Russian oil industrialist Lianozov. In 1932 a park was opened on his grounds, and in 1951, by decision of the Executive Committee of the Moscow Regional Council, it was granted the status of a Park of Culture and Recreation. Here you can find six ponds and rich vegetation. The park features a large children's playground, an amusement area, and sports equipment rental. In winter, Lianozovsky Park has cross-country ski trails about 2 km long, as well as rentals of skis, sleds, snow scooters and tubing. In addition, there is an ice rink where you can skate on weekdays and weekends with your own skates or rent a pair.
