Inta Local History Museum

Various events are also held at the museum. The Inta Local History Museum was established in 1969; its initiator and first director was local historian L. N. Malofeevskaya. The museum consists of exhibition and collection complexes. The building features seven exhibition halls that reflect the district's history, the culture of the local population, main occupations, as well as socio-political transformations and the tragic history of repressions. Various events are held at the museum. This place invites people to explore the history and culture of the Inta district.
