The park contains a monument to the Governor-General of Eastern Siberia, Count N. N. Muravyov-Amursky, as well as architectural monuments, memorials to famous figures, a summer stage, a bandstand and other features. The park is divided into two zones: the upper promenade area and the lower embankment. The upper part is a green zone where visitors can relax and breathe fresh air. There are more than 170 species of trees, shrubs and plantings, as well as well-kept alleys, lawns and flower beds. The embankment named after Admiral Gennady Nevelskoy, over 900 meters long, also offers many places to relax.
