\r\nThe N. N. Muravyov-Amursky Park is the oldest park in Khabarovsk and has regional significance. It is located on the banks of the Amur River and covers an area of 79 hectares. The park contains a monument to the Governor-General of Eastern Siberia, Count N. N. Muravyov-Amursky, as well as architectural monuments, memorials to famous figures, a summer stage, a bandstand and other features. The park is divided into two zones: the upper promenade area and the lower embankment. The upper part is a green zone where visitors can relax and breathe fresh air. There are more than 170 species of trees, shrubs and plantings, as well as well-kept alleys, lawns and flower beds. The embankment named after Admiral Gennady Nevelskoy, over 900 meters long, also offers many places to relax.
