Sculpture "Bodhisattva"
The sculpture "Bodhisattva" was created in the 19th century by an unknown master in China. The Bodhisattva is depicted sitting on a double lotus throne in the sukhasana pose with his right shoulder shifted to the right and his head to the left. She wears a crown with large curls on her head, and her clothes cover both shoulders. The right hand is placed in front of the chest, and the left, with the palm open, is in front of the stomach. Inlay, gilding, casting, semiprecious stone and bronze were used to create the sculpture.
