The Rubaiyat manuscript by the Persian poet Sahabi Najafi

The manuscript of the Rubaiyat by the Persian poet Sahabi Najafi, created in Tustar (Shustar) in 1651. The calligraphic handwriting of nasx gives the text a special expressiveness: it is arranged in two columns and enclosed in a frame, and the fields are filled with text in oblique lines. The manuscript is made in black and red ink on yellowish oriental-type paper. The binding is leather, decorated with embossing. There are 191 pages in the manuscript.
