Coloured etching. «Milk». Set: Graphic series «Zaonezhye»

The coloured etching «Milk» is part of the graphic series «Zaonezhye», created by Alexander Ivanovich Morozov in 1985 in Petrozavodsk. The asymmetrical composition is divided by a wide illuminated vertical into two unequal parts. In the left, larger part, a boy is depicted sleeping on a soft sofa, wrapped in a light blanket. A striped throw covers the sofa, and a tablecloth with a pattern of large diamonds is spread on the table in front of the sofa. Three jugs with milk stand on the table, and different decorative elements can be seen on the jugs. A cow with its head held high can be seen in the barn. There is an author's inscription in the lower left corner. The etching is decorated with a double passepartout.
