Military Band Drummer's Baldric with two drumsticks (baldric)

The military band drummer's sling with two drumsticks dates back to the 19th century and was made in Western Europe. Metal, silver braid, and cloth are used in its production. Techniques such as weaving, casting, and gilding were used. Despite belonging to the "weapon" category, the sling was rather an element of the uniform and served for convenient carrying of drums and sticks.
