For visitors, several guided tour programs have been developed, designed for organized tour groups. The programs include a theatrical performance, a master class (optional), and a talk about the life and work of A.A. Rou.

For unorganized visitors to the Alexander A. Rou Fairy Tale House, a tour program has also been developed in which staff will introduce the life and work of A.A. Rou, conduct an overview tour of the house, and hold a fairy-tale quiz for children.

In addition to guided tours, the institution organizes cultural and community events — it offers decorative and applied arts master classes for children and adults, children's play programs, themed evenings for youth and adults, folk programs for children and adults, theatrical interactive performances, exhibitions of decorative and applied arts masters, and literary and musical evenings.
