Central House of the Architect (CHA) has been the headquarters of the Union of Moscow Architects since 1932 and a venue for various cultural and educational events. The main goal of events at the CHA is to popularize historical and contemporary architecture, urban planning, landscape and interior design, as well as the professional and public activities of the members of the Union of Moscow Architects. The CHA hosts conferences and professional meetings, seminars, exhibitions, lectures, creative gatherings and concerts. Events are attended not only by members of the Union of Moscow Architects but also by enthusiasts of Moscow's architectural and artistic life. World-renowned architects have presented here, as well as performers and musicians from the State Academic Grand Symphony Orchestra named after P. I. Tchaikovsky and the musical ensemble of Petr Nalich. The CHA also holds events in other fields of the arts, educational and scientific-cognitive spheres. There is always much that is interesting and informative at the CHA.
