Budyonnovsk Local History Museum
About museum
The building of the Budyonnovsk Local History Museum was constructed in 1911 to a design by architect A. A. Shreyber. Until 1987 it housed the state bank, and in 1992 the city museum was opened. Since 2007 it has had the status of a legal entity. In 2005-2006 the museum was incorporated into the structure of the Stavropol State Local History Museum named after G. N. Prozritelev and G. K. Prave. As of January 1, 2022, the museum's collection comprises 7,104 storage units, including 6,330 exhibits. Visitors have access to six exhibition halls with permanent displays, as well as monthly rotating exhibitions.
