О музее
The Almanchikovsky Local History Museum was founded in 2002 and was awarded the title "People's" in 2005. It is located on the second floor of the House of Culture and occupies an area of 180 sq. m. The museum has an introductory hall and several exhibition halls. The first hall presents an ethnographic exhibition, while the second features the interior of a mid-20th-century peasant house (izba). There are also halls dedicated to the establishment of collective farms, to leading collective-farm workers, to notable village residents, to defenders of the Fatherland, and to a Memorial Room. The museum's collections include documentary, photographic, and ethnographic materials, as well as collections of personal belongings.
