About museum
The building of the Yakshur-Bodinsky District House of Culture was built in 1996 and was named the Leisure Center 'New Style'. It became the center of cultural life in the district and one of the most modern and well-equipped cultural institutions of the Udmurt Republic. In 2008 it was renamed the Yakshur-Bodinsky Rural Information and Cultural Center. Currently, cultural services are provided here; concert programs, plays, theatrical performances, conferences and presentations are held. Five ensembles work here, and classes in various arts are conducted for children and adults. The district local history museum and libraries are also located here, where visitors can become acquainted with classics and new books. In the center's exhibition hall you can purchase souvenirs and take part in master classes. In addition, the 'Sphere' film and cultural center is located here with modern equipment for viewing films in 2D and 3D formats.
