S.A. Klychkov House-Museum
关于博物馆
The museum of the poet Sergey Antonovich Klychkov is located in the house built by his parents at the end of the 19th century. He was so remarkable that Klychkov's friend Sergey Yesenin took him for the Prince Myshkin of Russian poetry. Anna Akhmatova was in love with him; she dedicated to him her famous 'I do not regret, I do not call, I do not cry...'. Many have heard the song 'Zhivet moya otrada' ('My delight lives'), but did not know that it was literarily adapted by Klychkov. The house has been restored and presents an early 20th-century interior. Here you can see a German harmonium, manuscripts, autographs, editions published during the poet's lifetime, photographs and personal belongings of the poet and his family. All of this allows you to feel the atmosphere of the Klychkovs' life and to understand the truly fine poet.
