In the exhibition hall of the city branch of the Borodino Museum, visitors can become acquainted with classical and contemporary art. Works by Soviet artists — S. Gerasimov and I. Gorokhov — are displayed here, as well as paintings by contemporary Russian artists — E. Dolgachev and others. In addition, visitors are introduced to traveling exhibitions from Russian museums. Besides works of art, the exhibition organizers present items of decorative and applied arts, graphic prints, watercolors, uniforms and weaponry of the opposing armies from the Napoleonic Wars. The exhibited items are from the collection of the Borodino Field Museum-Reserve.
