Dubovka Museum Exhibitions
About exhibition
The museum is located in an old merchant's mansion built in 1887 by a builders' cooperative using local bricks at the request of its owner, P.M. Kryuchkov. The museum's five exhibition halls tell the story of the Dubovka district from the period of the Golden Horde to the Great Patriotic War. Exhibitions on display include 'Cossack Chamber', 'Merchant's Drawing Room', 'Crafts and Cottage Industries', 'Vodyanskoye Hillfort', 'Dubovka District during the Great Patriotic War', and an art exhibition hall featuring temporary exhibitions of decorative and applied arts and painting. Visiting the Dubovka Museum without a guided tour gives you the freedom to choose and the opportunity to explore each exhibition on your own. You can examine every detail closely, spend time on what truly interests you, and create your own unique tour.
