Exhibition 'Life and Work of Arkady Gaidar'

The exhibition is devoted to the life and work of Arkady Petrovich Gaidar. Visitors can see the interior of the memorial house, original items that belonged to the Soviet writer, documents, manuscripts, photographs and editions of his works published during his lifetime, written by Gaidar while he lived in Klin from 1938 to 1941. It was here that the writer created his best works — 'Timur and His Team', 'Chuka and Geka', 'The Fate of the Drummer', 'The Commandant of the Snow Fortress' — found his love, and from here he went off to the front.
